1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Lookam service — an AI-powered virtual try-on platform for online fashion stores. By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms in full.
2. Description of the service
Lookam provides: a virtual try-on widget (try-on) embeddable in e-commerce stores via native Web Component or Headless REST API, image processing via generative AI, an analytics dashboard with usage and conversion metrics, and compatibility with Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and any web stack. The service is currently in BETA.
3. Registration and access
To use Lookam you must be over 18 years old or acting on behalf of a legally constituted company, provide truthful information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
Starter (€49/mo): 250 images/mo · 1 garment/try-on · 7-day retention · 1 API Key · 10 req/min. Pro (€189/mo): 3,000 images/mo · 5 garments/try-on · 60-day retention · Unlimited API Keys · 60 req/min. Enterprise (€899/mo): 10,000+ images/mo · 5+ garments/try-on · 90-day retention · Unlimited API Keys · 100+ req/min. Annual plans offer a 10% discount with a twelve-month commitment. Additional try-on bags have pay-per-use pricing.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rated refund. Annual plans are non-refundable once started. In cases of serious technical failure attributable to Lookam, we will consider compensation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable use
The client agrees to use the service solely for legitimate fashion e-commerce, not to reverse engineer AI models, not to use the service to generate illegal, offensive or third-party rights-infringing content, and to comply with applicable regulations in each country.
7. Data protection and privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Lookam Privacy Policy. Lookam complies with the GDPR. Processed images are not stored beyond the contracted retention period.
8. Intellectual property
Lookam and all its elements (software, AI models, design, brand, documentation) are the property of Lookam or its licensors. The client retains ownership of their uploaded content but grants Lookam a limited licence to process it for the purpose of delivering the service.
9. Service availability
Lookam aims for 99.5% monthly availability. During the BETA phase no formal SLA is guaranteed. Lookam will not be liable for outages caused by third parties, scheduled maintenance communicated in advance, or force majeure events.
10. Limitation of liability
Lookam will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss or reputational damage. Lookam's total liability to the client shall not exceed the amount paid in the last three months of service.
11. Modifications
Lookam reserves the right to modify these Terms, prices or features. In the event of significant changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email and via a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
